We ship pan India — from the mountains of Himachal to the shores of Kerala, your piece of artistry will find its way to you.
How long does delivery take?
All orders are dispatched within 48 hours of confirmation. Delivery typically takes 4–10 business days depending on your location.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
Do you offer express or same-day delivery?
Currently, we ship via standard courier services. We don't offer express or same-day delivery at this time, but we do our best to dispatch quickly.

What is your return policy?
We take great care in packing every item, but if your product arrives damaged, we'll make it right. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for full details.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
We're so sorry to hear that! Please record an unboxing video at the time of opening your parcel — this is required to process any damage claim. Share the video along with your order details with us via WhatsApp or email within 48 hours of delivery, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
Why is an unboxing video required?
Because our products are handcrafted and delicate, an unboxing video helps us verify the condition in which the item was received and ensures we can resolve your concern as quickly as possible.
Can I return a product if I simply change my mind?
As each piece is handcrafted and made with care, we currently do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if there's an issue with your order, please reach out and we'll do our best to help.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Do your products come in different sizes?
Yes! Most of our products — including our molten glass driftwood bowls, ceramic planters, windchimes, and porcelain jars — are available in multiple sizes. Size options are listed on each product page. If you need help choosing, feel free to contact us.
Are the products exactly as shown in the photos?
Since most pieces are handcrafted, there may be slight natural variations in colour, texture or finish — this is what makes each piece truly one of a kind. The dimensions and overall design will remain consistent with what's shown.To overcome this issue,video of dispatching products are sent to customer before packing.

How do I care for handcrafted glass items?
Handle with care — glass pieces are delicate works of art. Avoid sudden temperature changes (e.g., placing a cold glass item in direct sunlight or near heat sources). Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth.
How do I care for ceramic and porcelain pieces?
Ceramic and porcelain items are best cleaned with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid abrasive scrubbers. Keep away from sharp impacts and store in a stable spot where they won't be knocked over.
How should I care for windchimes?
Hang your windchime in a sheltered outdoor or indoor spot away from heavy rain or strong winds that could cause tangling. Occasionally wipe with a dry cloth to keep it looking its best.
